These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations our services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use scholarspace if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Policy

• Notes are emailed to customers in pdf form

• Notes are only provided to Lincoln University students

• Notes are not to be shared with others under any circumstances

• Sales and discounts will be available throughout the semester

• If notes are shared with others who did not purchase, copyright infringement will be pursued

Payments

• Prices are carefully determined based on the length, difficulty, and type of course notes

• Prices are subject to change at any time

Refunds

• Refunds are only provided if a student requests one due to a grade below B

• Students must reach out to us for a refund, we do not accommodate unless you ask

• Transcript serves as proof of grade when requesting a refund

• Refunds will not be allotted if they are requested more than three days after grades are finalized

• Requesting a refund can only be done during the three day period after grades are released
  

• Refunds can only be requested through the google form on our website

Refunds will NOT be provided under any of the following circumstances

• A student purchases notes and then drops a course before the end of the semester

• A student purchases notes and drops out of Lincoln University

• A student receives above a B grade

• A student requests a refund any time before finals week
  

• A student requests a refund more than three days after grades are finalized

• A student forgets to request refund

• A student regrets purchasing notes
